Arizona Customer Service Work From Home Position (train at b&m office first)

Many jobs require newly hired employees to first train in their brick and mortar office before letting them loose to work at home.  This is titled by the company a Customer Service position, but it looks like it is actually collections.

It's always nice when the company you work for provides all of the work at home equipment.  Not many companies do this.  Notice the last line of the listing, "ACE will provide all necessary PC equipment". That's a big plus!

We are looking for motivated call center professionals and those new to the workforce to help ACE usher in the next evolution of our international business processing organization. In your new role you will be assisting our client, a top 3 industry provider of wireless communication, and their customers. You will be providing first class assistance in resolving past due balances and service restoration.

We give qualified agents the option of working from the convenience of home. You will train in our corporate office located in central Phoenix. After approximately 90 days, and upon successful graduation of skill assessment, you will be one of a lucky few beating traffic congestion and the Arizona heat while earning an industry competitive income.

Skills / Requirements

In return for this excellent opportunity, we have the following requirements:
  • High school equivalency, college degree preferred
    *

  • Impeccable background and reference check (drug testing included).

  • At least 3 years experience in a customer service, phone sales, collections or teaching environment. Experience in working remotely is a big plus!

  • Excellent math and computer skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • While hours will eventually be set, a flexible schedule will be required initially

  • In order to graduate to being home based, you will need a room that can be devoted solely to work while you are scheduled (door to separate work area from the remainder of your home required) and a DSL connection.

  • ACE will provide all necessary PC equipment
