Low Stress, No Sales. I feel more relaxed just thinking about this job!

Re-posting this job for a friend.  It looks like they are hiring again.  Sometimes they take while to get back to people so don't worry if you don't hear from them immediately.

Apptical is now hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative.

This job does not require any sales!  That is one of the best parts. Also, no customer service problems to resolve.  The job is mainly inbound calls from people giving medical information. Representatives read from a script and fill in the blanks on a form.  Low stress, no sales!

Apptical is a world-class service provider specializing in telephonic services. Since its origination in 1988, Apptical has consistently expanded its market coverage with new products and development to better serve its customer base. Apptical is a solution provider to markets nationally.

Due to the consistent growth of the company, Apptical seeks ambitious bi-lingual individuals willing to accept a challenging position in telephone inspections/telephone interviews.

•Experienced Telephone Interviewers
•Medical/Insurance Background
•Excellent Customer Service/Phone Skills
•Incentive Based Pay (Additional Skill Pay For Bi-lingual Interviewers)
•Evening and Weekend hours available

Apptical is proud of its low turnover rate, with most turnover resulting from promotion and growth.

Current Apptical employees say that the calls do not involve any sales (Yeah!) or customer service and this makes the job much less stressful in comparison to other phone jobs.

When applying for this job, if you are a match, you will be required to take several assessments to see if you are a good fit.  If you are a good fit, you will be contacted for an interview.

Training is intense in that there are many medical terms that must be memorized and pronounced correctly in order to do the job.  Representative say that when you learn the medical terms, the job becomes much easier.

Schedules are said to be set in stone so make sure you can work the hours that you agree to in the interview.

Pay is said to be a set rate then there is an incentive for how many interviews you complete per hour.  One representative reported making an average of $14. per hour.

Current employees report that they are very happy with the job.  Some report that this is the best phone job they have had due to the low stress factor.

I applied to this position and took a few of the assessments but have not heard back from them for an interview yet.
